B.      Answer the following:
1.       A query is a simple question that you ask to find specific information from the database. The parts of query window are as follows:
a. Object relationship Pane: The selected tables appear here.
b.Design grid: here we can add fields to the query.
2.       Criteria property contains the condition on the basis of which the records are filtered in the query output.
3.       A select query retrieves data from one or more table and displays the record set in a datasheet whereas the parameter query is a type of select query that prompts you for input before it runs.
4.       A form is a piece of paper on which a user fills the required information in the specified fields.
Steps to Format a form using Design view.
a. Click on logo in header/footer group.int Insert – Picture Dialog Box will appear. Select any picture and click OK.
b.Click on title in the header/footer group. Type the Title for the form.
c. Click on Date/Time in the Header/footer group. The date and Time dialog box will appear. Choose the desired format of the date and time  and click OK
d.Click on Themes in the Themes Group. Click on the desired theme from the drop down menu.

5.       Steps to  export a Report to a Word file are as follows:
a. Click on the dropdown arrow of view button on the home tab and select print preview option.
b.On the data group click on the dropdown arrow of the more button and select Word.
